Date night Curbside, April 2020

Image
Since we can't go out to eat, Josh and I went on a date curbside and got food to go.  We actually got all our kids food, but we pretended like we were on a real date.  Oh how we can't wait to be able to do things like normal again.

Easter, April 2020

Easter was definately different this year.  We did church in our home and Taeson blessed and passed the sacrament.  How awesome is that.  We had a church easter lesson by Paezlei and then we did Easter baskets and yummy dinner.  This will be an Easter we don't forget and I am so grateful for the the atonement and that we can live with our Heavenly Father again, which I hope is what will happen for all our family.  I love this gospel and I love my family.  Happy Easter.

Quarantine, April 2020

This quarantine makes it interesting for things to do.  We drove up to Brighton for fun, went fishing by a pond here and are just hanging out at home.  I guess I can say we have spent a lot of dinners together which has been fun, but everyone is bored out of their minds.

Sunshine Squad Package, April 2020

Some of their teachers from Herriman High dropped off some treats to see how they are doing since they are doing homeschool now.  How awesome is that.  What a fun surprise.  This is quarantine.

Virtual Intrigue Convention, March 2020

These girls did a virtual dance convention at the studio with Misty our studio owners daughters.   They loved it and we found out Paezlei won a scholarship to use in Florida at Nationals if we go.

Quarantine, March 2020

Long story short, Covid 19.  We have all been quarantined to the house for as long as they say, which means school was cancelled for the rest of the year.  The kids all have to do home school until Summer and Josh is not allowed to work until they get a handle on things.  There is no church, no retail open, you can only do take out for food, no gyms, no movie theaters, no sporting events, the olympics was cancelled this year, nothing is happening.  Everything is closed because of a virus that is killing millions of people.  It is very scary not only physically, but mentally too.  It is scary not having Josh work and to be scared to go anywhere knowing that if you get it and you survive you have to be quaratined by yourself for 14 days.  We are hoping this is over soon.  Of course this will be around for awhile but hopefully we can get back to normal life soon.
