Adventure

We just spent New Year's Eve at home this year. Some of the kids went to hang at friends and some of the other kids had their friends over.  It was a fun relaxing night and we stayed up to watch the Ball drop in New York City!

My sister and her family came to visit the day after Christmas so we went to Draper to see a tree they had decorated every strand with and called it the Tree of Life.  It was actually really cool and the kids loved it, except it was like 10 degrees so we didn't stay long.

Christmas Day was a blast.  The kids all got what they wanted and didn't get up until 7:00 am.  Josh gave me a video camera  I have wanted for a long time and I gave him a blanket I had made out of all the soccer shirts my kids had from Recreation soccer.  We hung out most of the morning and then went to Josh's dads house again for omelets and to open Christmas presents.
