Katy Perry Concert!

Image
Josh's brother Justin and his wife Julie came with us.  Phenomenal!   So cute!  Justin and Julie :)  This was so cool in the air.    Katy! We recently went to the Katy Perry concert and loved it.  It was an amazing show and so fun to sing along.  We went with Josh's brother and his wife and had a blast.  Katy did a fabulous job and we loved it.  Concerts are one of our big hobbies and I love it because it is much more fun than a movie.

4th of July and the Stadium of FIRE!

4th overall woman finisher!   What a bunch of cute kids!  Skydivers!  David Archuleta!   Brad Paisley! The 4th of July started out with me doing a half marathon from Olympus Hills Shopping Center to the State Capitol and it wasn't easy.  Over half of it was uphill, which was a great challenge and a lot harder than usual.  I still finished 4th overall for the women and 1st in my division, so it was a great race.  Later, it was off to the Stadium of Fire, where we saw David Archuleta and Brad Paisley perform and the kids loved it.  They had dancers, a choir, and skydivers, not to mention Josh's favorite part the jets that fly overhead after the national anthem.  It was a really great show and very entertaining.  The fireworks were even better this year than they were last year.  It was a lot of fun and the kids had a blast and that is all the counts.  Happy 4th!

Hotel Park City  This is so much fun!  Deer Creek Reservoir!  Josh actually got to fly the airplane and was in heaven doing it.  It turned out it was harder than he thought! For our 15th anniversary, we went to spend the night in Park City.  We went and tried out a new restaurant  where we got to eat on top of the roof.  Then we decided to hang out at the hot tub and just enjoy the mountains. The next morning I surprised Josh with a airplane ride on a small plane, something he loves.  If you know Josh, he loves airplanes and would love to learn how to fly.  He was so excited and couldn't get enough, he could have stayed up all day.  I love it when I can surprise him with a fun activity he would never do.  He was like a little boy on the first day of school.  I can't believe it has been 15 years and I love him more and more each day.  He is what makes my day and my life so fabulous.  We have 5 be...
