Adventure

For the 24th, we took the kids out to lunch and to see Iron Man 2 and then we got together with Josh's brother and his family for dinner and fireworks.  The kids had blast and the whole neighborhood brought over their chairs for our fireworks show.  It was a lot of fun!

We went to see Secondhand Serenade at Thanksgiving Point with Josh's brother and wife.  It was fun to get out and just enjoy some good dinner, conversation, and music.  Nathans wife forgot her sunglasses, so luckily I had some of Brekkens in my bag so that is why they look so small, but it was torture on your eyes until the sun got past the mountain.  A fun night out to just relax. 

The wheelbarrow. Handstand! Flying sidekick! Taeson and Brighton. Taeson took another belt test and passed with flying colors.  He loves karate and is very good at it, just like his brother.  It is so fun to watch him and Kaehler as they get better each time.  He was way excited and just keeps working harder.  Way to go Taeson!!!!

A look out our window.   Get your game on! Josh and I went to Vegas to celebrate our 14th anniversary.  My parents and sister were kind enough to watch our kids so we could get away.  We stayed at a resort in Henderson called Aston Monte Lago a little quaint village by Lake Las Vegas.  We had fun shopping, hanging out, and swimming, even though you pretty much had to stay in the water the whole time because it was so hot.  It was just fun to get away and have some fun without having to worry about where everyone was.
