Adventure

Today was the first day of Third grade for Taeson, Teigyn, and Paezlei.  For Brekken and Kaehler it was 7th grade, but they were all way excited.  They all looked adorable and ready to go.  Of course, I was happy for them to get back ;)

We went to the Journey concert and it was awesome bringing back so many memories from our high school years.  We met up with Josh's brother, Justin and his wife Julie for a little while before the concert and then we had seats up close, which always makes it more fun.  Although it was a little bit of an older crowd we were dancing all over the place.  It was a lot of fun though and Josh even bought me a t-shirt, what a sweetheart.  One of our favorite things is to go to concerts and we do it as much as we can!

Brekken and Kaehler turned 12 and I couldn't believe it.  I can't believe they are almost teenagers.  I still remember the day they were born and how scared we were to be taking care of 2 babies, but we did it without any family help and they are such great kids.  They had a fun day with dinner at Red Robin and then Brekken got her TV and Kaehler got his I touch.  They were way excited about those gifts.  They also got some roller blades from Grammie and Grandpa Plumhof and money from Grandpa and Grandma Holt.  They had ice cream and cake with Brekken's decor being diva and Kaehler's being avengers.  I still can't believe my cute babies are 12, but they are both beautiful and handsome.  We love you both so much.
