Movie in the Park!

Image
Mom, did you bring more snacks? I love my boys! She is so cute. Must get it from her DAD! Those are some cute girls. Silly! So Josh has been gone for 5 days, so I took the kids to a movie in the park. Can you guess what we saw? It was a lot of fun and everyone fell asleep, except Kaehler. It was a little chilly, but perfect for a movie. A long day for me, but a lot of fun to hang out!

First Day of School!

Image
Brekken's first day of 4th grade. Kaehler's first day of 4th grade. They are growing up way to fast. Getting ready for my first day of Kindergarten. Teigyn's first day of Kindergarten. Paezlei's first day of Kindergarten. Taeson's first day of Kindergarten. Well, I now have all my kids in school. Of course, Kindergarten is only 1/2 a day, but they are all in school. I can't believe how fast they are growing up. It is quite the task to get everyone ready on time, not to mention all those hair dos. All of them were way excited to go back and there was no fear here. I hope you all have a fabulous year. I will miss you while your gone, but I hope to get a lot accomplished solo. Love you!

Toby Keith/Trace Adkins concert!

Image
Trace Adkins and yes he rather buff! Toby! Josh and I went to the Toby Keith concert and loved it. It was such a good concert with 3 bands: Trailer Choir, Trace Adkins, and Toby Keith. I really like both Trace and Toby, but then all my family loves country music. It was perfect weather and great entertainment. We stopped for some dinner before and then just enjoyed a good concert. It was at the Usana Amphitheater and instead of being on the grass we were in seats this time, which was way better.

Scout Camp Out!

Taeson was so tired! TOO Cute! Nice and warm. Trying to stay warm! They woke up to SNOW! Josh took the 11 year old scouts on an overnighter so he decided to take Kaehler and Taeson with him too. They had such a blast. Taeson of course thought he would try the saw and almost chopped his thumb off, but everything was good and no stiches. Any how, they had a lot of fun and woke up to snow in the morning. So that tells you winter will be on its way soon. Even though it was really cold they were good sports and hung in there.

Happy 60th Grandma!

Josh with his Mom and Dad at graduation. Susan's graveside. We miss you! He sure misses his MOM! Every year on Josh's Mom's birthday, we go up to her graveside with the family and Josh's Dad brings the amount of balloons she would be that year and we all let them go. This year she would have been 60. She was definately one of the most encouraging people I know. She was always there to tell you what a great job you were doing. She is greatly missed by her kids and husband, but is always remembered for the sweet, happy, person she was. You never know how much you miss a person until their gone. We love and miss you greatly!
