Adventure

I think we go swimming every Saturday. Here we are again at the American Fork city pool. It is great because they have a slide for the little ones and a big one for the older kids and adults, plus the kids section is full of water features and the bottom is rubber, so you don't get all cut up. Plus, Josh loves to show off his stuff on the diving board and Kaehler likes to follow suit and do front flips off the board. I sware my kids aren't afraid of anything.

Last weekend we went to Strawberry Reservior to go fishing. Of course, we didn't catch a thing, but it was fun to go riding around in the boat. Everyone did a great job at just hanging out until Taeson thought it would be fun to throw my digital camera as far as he could and break the lens, so now we have to purchase a new one. The joys of having toddlers. After fishing until about 8:30 pm we went back to Heber City and went for pizza and then stayed overnight at the Holiday Inn Express for fun. It wasn't far from our house and fun get away.

Kaehler tested for his yellow belt in karate a few weeks ago and got to break his first board. He totally loves it and knows the rule that he cannot use it on his brothers and sisters and he has done a good job. He also teaches all his friends how to do it too.

JOSH WAS WAY EXCITED FOR FIREWORKS!!!

For the 4th of July we went and spent a few days in St. George. It was tons of fun. It went to the narrows and basically swam the whole time. When it is 118 degrees outside it is the only thing you can do to keep cool. That night we went to the fireworks downtown at my brother-in-laws parents house. We saw the big fireworks show and did lots of sparklers. IT WAS FUN!
