Adventure

I took 3rd in my division for the 4th of July half marathon.  It was the 40-44 age division and I was 40.  It is not a super easy course because there is no downhill, but a great way to start the holiday. 

Taeson had the opportunity to go to a Real Soccer camp for a week and loved it.  He learned so much and had a blast.  This is definitely his passion in life.  

For our 19th anniversary we weren't really able to go or do anything special.  Its hard when you have no one to watch your kids, so we went on our paddle boards and canoes with the kids and then that night we took them with us out to dinner at the Porcupine grill.  It was fun to be with all our kids and hopefully next year for our 20th we can do something extra special.  Here's to another 19 years.  

I came in 2nd and 1:32 at the American Fork Canyon Half Marathon.  I was in the 40-44 division at age 40.  I really like this race down the Timpanogos Canyon and it is for such a great cause because the proceeds go to cancer patients.  I hope to do this one again next year.
