Adventure

Well, Josh decided to find a babysitter for the day and take me skiing one last time. It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun. We have never gone for a whole day because it is so hard to find someone that will watch five kids, but we managed to do it and it was a blast. I am forever grateful to Lucia of whom the kids loved and I even came home to a clean house, which is a big plus with my kids. Hopefully next year we can do it again. Granted Kaehler and Brekken were in school most of the day and she even took the girls to dance. What a girl. Thank you so much Lucia and they can't wait to have her come back.

Another testing for a higher belt. Kaehler tested for his high green belt last week and again passed. He is one belt away from being half way to his black belt. He did an awesome job and we were really proud of him. He has to memorize a lot of combinations and as he gets higher they just keep adding on to what he already knows. They did some boxing and a little sparring, so all in all it turned out to be a great night.

Brekken had her first dance competition a few weeks ago. They did really well, by taking first place in their hip hop and second place in their jazz. It was a long day and brought back fond memories of my dancing; however, it was a lot of fun and she really loves it.

For the last two days, Paezlei and Teigyn have been so worn out they fell asleep on the couch together. What bliss as I could now get a few things done without having to chase after them and clean up again and again.
