Adventure

A funny thing happened when we were at the airport on the way home.  Under Armour was at the airport giving away free stuff and I actually won a free pair of shoes and Josh won a shirt, which he let me have.  It made it a little more fun to hang out at the airport.  Boston was so much fun and I am so happy we were able to go together.  Thanks for another fabulous year at the Boston Marathon. 

The Boston Marathon was awesome as always.  It was a rainy, cold day, but I managed to push through the weather and still do ok.   This is not a fast marathon for me, so I just had fun with it and enjoyed every step.  I gave over 100 high fives to the spectators and listened to the crowd.  Meanwhile, Josh was at the finish line to see the winners.  He was such a trooper in the rain all day.  Towards the end I thought I was going to pass out so I grabbed some oranges and gatorade along the route, which is something I never do.  I always just do water, but I listened to my body.  I finished with a time of 4:03:36.  I was happ...
